Too bad you have school with all that snow . . . gosh we had a good amount of snow here in LR and school has been cancelled for 2 days!

Alright. How'd you make the penguins on the cupcakes? Because we have a random penguin thing going on at our house (which is, admittedly, a bit odd for Arizona), and I can think of more than one reason to make penguin cupcakes.
