Josh and I attended residency graduation Friday night. It was long, but we did get a fancy dinner. My neighbor did my hair. It looked so pretty. Lando said I had "princess hair." I so seldom fix my hair, that this was pretty special!
So I started thinking that four years of med school and 1 year of residency put us at 5 with only 4 to go. Does that mean we are over the hump??
Or, I could look at it : 3 years undergrad, 4 years medical school, 1 year of residency puts us at 8 years with only 4 to go, that sounds pretty good: 2/3 of the way there!!
Or, is it 8 down plus 4 to go, plus a fellowship of up to 3 years....in which case I feel about like my hair looked after I slept on it. LOL!!
I guess in the end it all equals the same: glad I married Josh, however the equation works out.

I bet those boys make you feel like the most beautiful woman in the world sometimes! I put on mascara and eyeshadow the other day and Levi said to me, "Mom, I like your eyes!" I love this age where fashion doesn't really mean much but something different does. So simple....
